Anastasis Mantzaris is an experienced professional with a wealth of academic and practical experience in the field of physiotherapy. He holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, as well as a Master's degree in Spinal Rehabilitation.

He has further enriched his knowledge by attending many seminars, both in Greece and abroad, in order to keep up to date with the latest practices and techniques in the field of physiotherapy.

His professional career also includes working in the UK, where he served as a physiotherapist in the NHS UK. This experience provided him with opportunities to work with a variety of cases and conditions, enhancing his clinical practice.

He is skilled in a variety of physiotherapy techniques including kinesio taping, soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), the Kabat method, and bindegewebsmassage. In addition, he is an accredited member of HCPC (The Health and Care Professions Council) and CSP (The Chartered Society of Physical Therapy), offering the highest standards in the field of physical therapy.

In the field of Pilates, he is the scientific manager of the pilatesathensclub.gr centre, ensuring the provision of high quality services in this highly beneficial health training field.
