Pilates Athens

The Club

At Pilates Athens Club, we have created a modern and carefully designed exercise space, with the quality of each class and proper guidance for every participant as our main priorities.

For us, Pilates is not simply a form of exercise. It is a comprehensive movement method that requires proper technique, precision, control and meaningful supervision.

Our team consists of specialised instructors with degrees from higher education institutions and additional training in Pilates and Clinical Pilates. Scientific knowledge, continuous education and an understanding of human movement are fundamental elements of our philosophy.

For this reason, our group Pilates Reformer classes are held exclusively in small groups of up to 5 participants. This allows the instructor to closely monitor each participant’s technique, correct posture and exercise execution, and adapt the guidance wherever necessary.

Assessment Before Starting Exercise

If a new participant reports an orthopaedic or musculoskeletal condition, a previous injury, surgery, or another condition that may affect their exercise, they have the opportunity to speak with our team’s physiotherapist before starting.

This initial assessment is provided free of charge and helps us better understand the participant’s individual needs and possible limitations, so that we can guide them towards the most suitable form of exercise.

Our Studio

At Pilates Athens Club, there is a specially designated changing area, as well as a toilet and drinking water available for participants.

The Pilates studio is entered without shoes, wearing socks only, while comfortable sportswear that allows a full range of movement is recommended for the class.
